1. Non-single power supply

Moisture in the cable trench, dust during cutting, etc. all enter the electrical cabinet along the channels and gaps.

The machine tool has been used for about a year, and there will be a layer of dirt on the circuit board and various electrical components in the electrical cabinet, and there will be obvious traces of water vapor condensation. 4. The safety operation protection function is not complete

Analysis of common faults of bending machine:

The bending machine is very easy to cause wear or strain of moving parts due to various reasons such as excessive load, insufficient lubrication of moving parts, and complex working environment. This article will analyze the common fault analysis of bending machine for you:

1. The return stroke of the slider is normal, the fast forward is normal, the manual can't go down slowly, and the folding plate is weak

(1) Check whether the "three-position four-way" reversing valve that controls the liquid-filling control oil circuit works normally. If so, the liquid-filling valve is not closed, so that the upper chamber is connected to the liquid-filling port of the fuel tank and cannot be decompressed. The reason for the valve not working properly is that it is not powered on or is stuck.

(2) Check whether the filling valve is stuck. If so, please clean the filling valve and reinstall it until the valve core is flexible.

2. The return speed of the slider is too slow, and the return pressure is high

This kind of fault is mainly because the filling valve is not opened. This phenomenon is just the opposite of the logical relationship of the above-mentioned fault 3. You can refer to the solution of fault 3 to deal with it.

3. When the slider is working, the descending is not vertical, making abnormal noises

This kind of failure is due to the long use time of the guide rail, the abnormal lubrication of the guide rail, and the increased clearance caused by wear. It is necessary to check the wear degree of the guide rail pressure plate and readjust it to meet the required clearance. Depending on the degree of wear, determine whether to replace the rail pressure plate. If the strain is serious, it needs to be replaced.

(1) The original pressure plate is pasted with plastic. Pay attention to the hardness of the pasted plastic and the pasting surface of the guide rail. After scraping, ensure that the pasting surface is above 85%, and open the zigzag lubricating oil groove.

(2) Inside the original pressure plate is a metal plug iron. To choose tin bronze plate or nodular cast iron, the bonding surface is grinded, the connecting bolts should be lower than the bonding surface, and the zigzag lubricating oil groove is opened.
