Performance Characteristics
1. YWEK CNC gantry type metal sheet slotting machine base and beam are designed with frame structure, steel plate welding, whole machine processing, and tempering in a tempering furnace to eliminate stress and reduce equipment deformation. The overall rigidity of the machine tool is good, sturdy and durable.
2. The equipment adopts a platform structure, and the tool holder moves horizontally and vertically to process the plate, which can ensure the accuracy of each part of the groove depth.
3. Four-axis full-servo numerical control design, X-axis (longitudinal feed of tool nose) encoder numerical control, Y1 axis (lateral feed of tool nose), Y2 axis (lateral feed of end pressure material), Z axis (vertical feed of tool nose) (to) servo control, realize automatic operation and processing after parameter input, and comprehensively improve the accuracy of planing.
4. The workpiece is fixed by hydraulic clamping system, which has high pressure, reliable fastening force, low noise and low energy consumption. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation, and the motor works intermittently to save energy and control oil temperature.
5. Adopt tin bronze helical gears, 45 steel forgings quenched and tempered helical racks and QH silent guide rails for transmission, the moving speed can be adjusted by frequency, and the cutting process is stable and efficient.
6. The equipment worktable adopts high-strength plate as the base surface, so that the worktable is not easy to be worn when processing workpieces. In the process of use, customers can self-plan the table top according to their own requirements to ensure the processing accuracy.
7. The numerical control program design is reasonable and easy to master. It only needs to input the keyboard and processing program to complete. Depending on the material, the processing speed can be adjusted with a knob, which is convenient for operators to operate. You can understand the process in the process through the display screen.
