Performance Characteristics
1. It adopts electro-hydraulic proportional servo synchronous structure, which can be controlled at any point in the upper knife stroke, the repeatability is up to ±0.01mm, and the parallelism is up to 0.02mm;
2. The lower table adopts hydraulic deflection compensation cylinder, and the lower table is equipped with a table compensation mechanism for over 250 tons; the upper mold is equipped with a mold quick clamping device;
3. Equipped with the computer system, grating scale, hydraulic system valve block assembly and servo motor of the Netherlands DELEM company (also can be equipped with Swiss CYBELEC/Italy ESA), all imported with good performance and strong anti-eccentric load capacity ;
4. The back gauge adopts ball screw, linear guide and servo motor, which has high repeatability and fast positioning accuracy.
